POSTED MARCH 20, 2020

With a significant shift in government advice to the public we would like to reassure our customers and suppliers that the Winn & Coales International group of companies is carefully following the latest Government advice surrounding the Corona virus disease (COVID-19) and have put strategies in place to ensure continuity of service as much as possible whilst also considering the health and well being of our staff and the public.

In accordance with Government guidelines, which are updated daily, these are the steps we are taking:

  • All staff that are suffering from even mild symptoms (fever and/or new, persistent cough) are asked to self-isolate according to latest Government advice.
  • Traveling nationally and internationally for business purposes has been suspended until further notice.
  • Staff who can work remotely in line with standard flexible working arrangements are doing so.
  • Instead of face-to-face meetings, where appropriate, extensive use will be made of conference call platforms.
  • Only essential Staff are working in our offices and factories and we are reinforcing the need to sterilize hands regularly following  the Government guidelines about coughing, sneezing, and touching the face.

The Winn & Coales International group of companies remain committed to a ‘business as usual' approach and will continue to monitor the situation, providing you with updates as and when appropriate.
