Project Details
A coal-fired power plant in Linkou, Taiwan with the total installed capacity of 600 MW. Another three 800 MW Boiler Units are currently being built by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and CTCI Corporation, which will replace the current existing generation units.
These units require sea water intake drainpipes, which need an external pipe protection coating.
The contract consists of external protection of pipelines, fittings and valves. The flange joints are all protected with Denso Primer D™, Denso Profiling Mastic™ and Densoclad 41HT™ Tape.
The project started in March 2013 and was due to conclude in 2017.
