Project Details
The Densopol 80™ system, comprising Denso Primer D™, Denso™ Profiling Mastic and Densopol 80™ Tape was recently selected to protect the flange joints of multiple DN2000 HDPE Pipes. The pipes formed part of the sewage system on an artificial island off Shek Kwu Chau, Hong Kong.
The Densopol 80 System was chosen due to its extreme toughness, which is the result of the combination of the heavy-duty PVC backing and the fabric reinforcement in the bituminous adhesive compound.
