Project Details
A Denso™ Petrolatum Tape Wrap System was selected by Gulf Energy to protect the underground valves of the fire protection and detection system at this Power Plant in the Rayong region in Thailand.
The tried and tested combination of Denso Paste S105™, Densyl™ Mastic (to profile irregular shape and contours) and Denso Tape™ will provide long lasting corrosion prevention to the buried pipework. The system was completed with Denso™ PVC Self-Adhesive Tape 200 to protect the system from mechanical damage during the backfill of the pits.
The ease of application helped Mitsubishi Hitachi Power System Co., Ltd to very quickly achieve an effective, professional finish that will last for many years to come.
